One of the biggest hurdles to creating positive change in our lives is navigating competing priorities. I see it all the time with statements like “I want to choose non-toxic products, but they’re so expensive.” We’re constantly trying to balance the benefits with time and money.
Competing priorities are a fact of life. Rather than fighting them, I think it’s important we understand how to navigate them to make informed and confident decisions. This is why I asked personal development coach – and one of the early students of my Healthy Home Method – to speak with me about navigating competing priorities effectively.
In this conversation, we cover:
- The different stages of changes.
- The hardest stage when making a big change, and how to move past it.
- What creates the feeling of overwhelm.
- How we can navigate competing priorities effectively.
- 3 things we can all do to navigate change more easily.
